ABOUT ME
Welcome! I'm Zoë Victoria, a freelance journalist and writer from Sydney, Australia.
I received my Bachelor of Media with a double major in Journalism and Non-Fiction Writing and Public Relations and Social Media (I know, it's a mouthful!)
from Macquarie University in 2020.
I'm also a graduate (2017-19) of the SBS Media Mentorship that was formerly run in conjunction with Macquarie University. Through this program I developed a special interest in racial, cultural and linguistic diversity in the Australian media industry.
Since graduating, I have been employed in the communications and fundraising space in the not-for-profit sector while continuing to work on freelance projects. I currently work full-time as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN).
